Ensuring that every client can afford a safe and decent dwelling is a stated policy in Tanzanian government. Government appropriates billions of shilling every year to provide housing to clients and to construct affordable housing.
However, the number of client who are unable to afford housing as a reasonable part of their budget is growing every year. Unaffordable housing can stretch other necessities in a budget, cause hypermobility resulting in underachievement in the society, and negatively affect the health of low-income persons. Given the political and policy environment, these problems are at risk of becoming more severe.
Precious Property proposes Credit program to boost the construction of affordable housing stock. Analyzing quantitative and qualitative evidence, it argues this proposal achieves the stated policy and political goals for the principal. Specifically, it would increase the production of affordable housing units, and appeal to targeted clients.
The construction and ownership of homes is fundamental to economic development, the generation of wealth. The main obstacle to homeownership is often financing.
Our Plan
We shall give technical advice to clients.
- We shall do the facilitation and process of loans needed to purchase the Property or Plot.
- We shall support bank by bringing in more customers since the loans must be financed through TPB Bank.
